Foligno is served by a major railway station with frequent regional and intercity connections.

  • From Rome Termini, direct trains take approximately 1 hour and 45 minutes.
  • From Florence Santa Maria Novella, travel time is around 2 hours and 30 minutes, with one change in Terontola or Perugia.
  • From Perugia, direct trains take approximately 30 minutes.

Train schedules and tickets are available at Trenitalia and Italo, although only Trenitalia serves Foligno directly.

By Car

Foligno is easily accessible by car via the SS75 highway (Strada Statale 75), which connects to the A1 and E45 highways.

  • From Rome, the drive takes about 2 hours via the A1 and SS3.
  • From Florence, approximately 2 hours and 30 minutes via A1 and SS75.
  • From Perugia, about 40 minutes.
