Poster format
Information for Poster Presenters
All posters must be prepared in English. Please print it before your arrival in Foligno.
IT IS NOT POSSIBLE TO PRINT THE POSTERS ONSITE.
Please bring your poster printed in portrait style (format A0, portrait format, H 1189 x W 841mm).
Posters that exceed the above dimensions will not be displayed on site. No other formats are allowed!
Mounting material will be provided on site.
Poster boards will be marked with numbers according to the numbering of List of Poster/Programme.
Please note the posters must be hung as per the information below:
Four poster sessions are going to be held:
Poster Session 1: Tuesday, September 15th, 2026 between 10:30 and 12:00
Posters must be hung on the day of the presentation before 10:30 and taken down before 14:30
Poster Session 2: Tuesday, September 15th, 2026 between 16:00 and 18:00
Posters must be hung on the day of the presentation between 14:30 and 16:00 and taken down before 19:00
Poster Session 3: Wednesday, September 16th, 2026 between 10:30 and 12:00
Posters must be hung on the day of the presentation before 10:30 and taken down before 14:30
Poster Session 4: Wednesday, September 16th, 2026 between 16:00 and 18:00
Posters must be hung on the day of the presentation between 14:30 and 16:00 and taken down before 19:00
All unremoved posters will be thrown away.
